Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1.5 cups local/organic stemmed and chopped kale 
  • 1.5 cups local/organic spinach or dandelion greens
  • 1 cup fresh local/organic mint
  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 organic apple, cored and chopped
  • juice of 1 organic lemon
  • 1 tbsp of chopped ginger

Feel free to get creative. Parsley, fresh turmeric, & even avocado are great additions!

Directions

  1. Add water and lemon juice to the blender, then everything else. 
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Drink and feel great.
