Grass fed & finished lamb can be surprisingly hard to find in Alberta. This is why we teamed up with Bert & Caroline Vande Bruinhorst of Ewe-Nique Farms to offer a 100% grass fed and finished lamb-share.
Ewe-Nique Farms pasture-raise their lamb just outside of Champion, Alberta, without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.
Each box will contain a half lamb pre-packed into the following cuts:
- 1 shoulder roast
- 1 semi-boneless leg roast
- 1 rack of lamb
- 8 loin chops
- 1 package of ribs
- 2 shanks
- 1 package of neck slices
- 2 one pound packages of ground lamb
- assorted organs and soup bones
The lamb will arrive fresh at our store in late September, 2017. To receive, sign up in store by March 31st.
The total cost is $250 ($50 deposit upon sign up)
